Stiva is the founder and managing partner of the CEE Leaders group, which includes BL4U, BM4U and BA4U. He graduated from the J. E. Purkyn\u011b University in \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem, majoring in economics, accounting and management, and has been in business since 1998. He has been involved in successful development projects, intergenerational handovers, as well as restructurings and crisis management. He is responsible for the strategic management of the entire group. <\/p>\n

Stiva is responsible for the selection and allocation of key professionals to individual projects for clients across various industries in the CEE region. Stanislav graduated from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, including postgraduate studies, and is therefore an expert in the petrochemical and processing industry. His work experience has touched both the private sector in this area and the state-controlled part of strategic resources. His involvement in the industry has included positions as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. His strengths certainly include extensive experience in managing strategic processes, transforming large industrial units and managing change in the challenging environment of highly complex technological production. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ji\u0159\u00ed is responsible for the legal area of BL4U projects. He studied law in Prague and Bratislava. He has more than ten years of experience in restructuring, insolvency and M&A, both as a senior consultant and as a manager of the company. During his career he has been actively involved in the rescue of a number of major companies operating in various sectors and countries of the CEE region. His experience is both theoretical and practical, and he has often been the one who has been actively involved in the implementation of proposed measures, not only to save companies but also to increase their operational efficiency. <\/span><\/p>\n

Michal has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in medium and large companies. He specializes in all financial aspects of corporate management, but has also successfully managed logistics, ICT, purchasing, operations and HR. He is at home in analysing, and especially in following up on problem areas and further developing the business in practice. He has successfully completed a number of acquisitions and mergers of companies and their subsequent de facto mergers, as well as a number of successfully completed restructuring projects related to crisis management in manufacturing, trading and service-oriented companies. As a financial professional by background, he is goal oriented, looking to simplify processes and make them work efficiently within the company. He enjoys gaining experience in other disciplines which allows him to work with interesting people on new projects. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pavel has more than 20 years of experience in banking and financial institutions in various management positions in Central and Eastern Europe. He also has specific experience in restructuring financial institutions and setting up internal management. He worked at GE (General Eletric), the largest company in the world at the time of Jack Welch and went through an internal management development program and Six Sigma. He has won numerous awards for implementing digitalization in the banking sector. In the last five years, he has focused on creating business strategies and internal culture changes to achieve greater efficiency, improve performance and prioritize investments in multinational companies. <\/span><\/p>\n

Karel first graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, later from Nottingham Trent University (MBA in Strategic Management) and completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno (LLM in Corporate Law). He started his professional career as an analyst and developer of economic information systems. He then worked for 25 years in management positions in the Czech energy industry (controlling, CFO, CEO, often in combination with responsibility for HR, ICT and purchasing). His domain is the industrial services market and his specialty and hobby is the implementation and development of ERP systems. <\/span><\/p>\n

Petr graduated from the University of Chemical Technology and Sheffield Hallam University. He has spent his entire professional life in the brewing sector, which makes him one of the greatest experts in this field not only in the Czech Republic. As well as manufacturing and distribution, his career also includes international trade. From the position of Sales Director he managed the business in a modern off and on trade environment, which together with his previous experience enabled him to later become General Manager of the entire Central European region. As CEO he managed one of the key players in the domestic as well as Central European market. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dalibor is a partner responsible for the areas of economics, finance and tax issues in BL4U s.r.o. projects. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance. He worked, among others, as a senior advisor in a consulting company (BIG4) and subsequently in senior positions in finance departments as CFO in multinational concerns as well as in local companies. In recent years, he has been fully dedicated to consulting and interim management, his experience is credited on many complex projects where there is no room for error and you need to rely on an experienced financial manager. <\/span><\/p>\n

Milo\u0161 first studied general medicine at the MU in Brno, later management at Nottingham Trent University and law at the UJAK and PEV\u0160 in Prague. After a short career as a surgeon, he participated in the boom of the pharmaceutical industry in Central, Eastern and Western Europe. As a local CEO in several leading multinational companies, he built new subsidiaries at home and abroad and restructured existing ones through M&A. He has served on the boards of a number of national organizations focused on both lobbying and self-regulation. He also gained his spurs in purely manufacturing companies. He has extensive experience in creating business strategies, business development and designing optimal business models, selecting and managing people or measuring and improving the efficiency of internal processes. <\/p>\n

Patrik Szetey has extensive experience in company formation, corporate restructuring and project management. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at V\u0160DS in \u017dilina and started his career as a designer of building structures. He is still working in the construction sector as a manager and has gained experience for 20 years in Czech and foreign companies as Project Manager, Managing Director, Operating Director, Managing Director. He has attended a number of professional trainings, represented the contracting sector at professional conferences of the Meeting of Leaders in the Construction Industry, and is continuously educated in the MBA program at the European School of Business & Management SE. He is a member of the Czech Association of Interim Management. <\/span><\/p>\n
